拍打拉筋集预防、诊断、治疗、保健于一身，尤其是对心脏病的效果一流。可惜大多数人都要等病重了，搭桥了再四处乱投医。既然心脏做了手术，是否还能拍打拉筋？是否只能终身服药？保罗苏特参加约翰内斯堡的拍打拉筋体验营后，信心十足，完全停用所有药物，结果到医院检查，非常健康！

我叫保罗苏特，去年二月份参加了你在约翰内斯堡举办的体验营。
在参加体验营的几年前，我做过心脏手术, 包括“双旁通”和换一个心瓣膜。仅瓣膜置换这一项手术就花了50万兰特，约合那时6万美元，是个不菲的开销。手术后，我还要终身依赖昂贵的药物。好在我参保了个人医疗救助保险，保险公司减去了大部分费用。
参加体验营后，我感觉如此之好，对拍打拉筋自愈法信心十足，以至于我完全停用了所有药物，只靠经常做拍打拉筋。去年五月份我的心脏病专家为我做了检查。体检14天前，因为听说保险公司可以取消未遵医嘱者的索赔资格，就有点顾虑，故又吃了给我开的药（当然，我拍打拉筋没有间断）。医院复诊检查后，我就又停药了，从那时候起，一直只做拍打拉筋。
我的心脏病专家对我进行了仔细检查，发现我身体非常健康。我问他，我可否减少或停服药品，因为以前服药都有副作用。专家问我服药效果如此的好，为何想要停药？
随后我满怀信心告诉专家，自从二月份参加拍打拉筋体验营后，我就完全停服了所有药物，仅仅依赖拍打拉筋自愈。专家听后，说我的陈述荒谬可笑，不可能，根本不可能是真的。其实他相当不安。安与不安都无所谓，反正我都不再吃药，身体非常健康。
自从去年参加体验营后，我的坐骨神经痛仅发作了两次，我还治好了肾结石，同时我也让我的一些朋友和熟人体验拍打拉筋。

      Dear Master Hongchi,
      My name Is Paul Suter and I attended your workshop in Johannesburg in February last year.
      Some years before the workshop I had heart surgery done on me.  A double by pass as well as a replacement of one of my heart valves. The latter operation alone cost R 500 000, roughly US $ 60 000 at the time, which is not an insignificant amount. I was also on costly medication permanently since the operations. Fortunately I was covered  by a private medical aid insurance that picked up most of the costs.
     After attending your workshop I felt so well and had such confidence in the Paida and Lajin self healing technique that I stopped all medication and did only Paida and La Jin on a regular basis. I visited my cardiologist for a check up in May last year. Fourteen days prior to the check up I was as little concerned and decided to take my prescribed medication again (of course, I continued with Paida and La Jin) as I heard medical aid companies can expel one if one does not follow the advice of their doctors. After the visit I stopped the medication again and have only done Paida and La Jin since then.  
      My cardiologist examined me and found me in perfect health. I asked him if I could reduce or even stop using the medication because of the side effects I had experienced when I was taking it. The specialist replied why would I would want to do that as it is obviously so good for me. By the way, I now look so well that anybody will acknowledge this, doctor or no doctor.
      I then told the specialist in confidence that I had stopped all medication after the Paida and La Jin workshop in February relying only on Paida and La Jin to heal myself. The specialist then told me that that was a preposterous and impossible statement, one that could simply not be true. He actually got quite agitated. Agitated or not, I am no longer on medication and am in perfect health.
      I also fixed a  kidney stone as well as two attacks of sciatica I had since the workshop last year and exposed a number of friends and acquaintances to Paida and La Jin.
     You are a true healer and a wonderful human for working so tirelessly and selflessly to promote Paida and La Jin worldwide. I wish you all success with your endeavors. I am ever so grateful for you and Paida and La Jin coming into my life.
