MV的主要内容是讲述水果奶奶回忆年轻时候的往事，她和她原本甜蜜的画家男友慢慢出现了分歧，最终KP用红色颜料洒向了正在创作的男友，造成对方愤然离开。结果在路上，男友发现还有水果的物品，忘情的他无视了前面的巨石，结果翻车跌入山崖。 最后年迈的水果奶奶驱车前往男友翻车的地方，上演人鬼情未了。
MV非常完美，选在11-11-11这个特殊的日子首播(美国时间)，成为春梦第6支冠单的希望极大。
