Either the domain has been overused, or the reseller ran out of resources意思是：用“suspended ”不能说是帐号已被封了。是表示"帐号暂停使用”，原因是：或者是域名被过度使用，或者是域名提供者的资源已耗尽（或不够用了，分配不过来了）。等有了资源，你的帐号就可以恢复使用了，属于服务器问题，已经经过修正，现已经可以正常使用
